Hello! Thanks for visiting my site so I can share a little about my real estate journey and how I can help with your real estate search. Here’s a snapshot on my background. I started my real estate career two decades ago as a commercial broker selling office condos. For the past 15 years I’ve been in both development and brokerage in Scottsdale, AZ. I’ve had the pleasure of working with countless clients as the Broker/Owner of Butte Realty, a boutique brokerage where I specialized in luxury condo communities and single-family homes in the Scottsdale market. I have performed in-depth market analysis into the luxury condo market for over a decade as the former Vice President of Butte Companies, a Scottsdale based multifamily developer responsible for delivering many projects in Kierland including The Landmark (www.LandmarkLifestyle.com) an ultra-luxury condo community fronting onto The Westin Kierland Golf Course where we sold 98 condos at an average price just over $1,000,000.    My tireless work ethic and attention to detail earns respect from every client. I like to have fun house shopping with my clients and I pride myself on keeping my clients informed and comfortable every step of the way. I help clients buy and sell homes and condos ranging from Cave Creek to Arcadia, Biltmore to Scottsdale Mountain.     As you can see, I love real estate and I love giving back to the community when I can!  I currently serve on the Board of Trustees for Scottsdale Arts and served as a past Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the UMOM New Day Centers, Arizona’s largest shelter for homeless families. I was the founding chairwoman for the Women’s Leadership Initiative within the Urban Land Institute Arizona District Council and a founding board member and past Chairman of their Arizona District Council Young Leaders Group.  I hold my Real Estate Brokers License in the State of Arizona, have a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado, and I’m Valley Leadership Alumni (Class 30).
