I have performed in-depth market analysis into the luxury condo market for over a decade as the former Vice President of Butte Companies, a Scottsdale based multifamily developer responsible for delivering many projects in Kierland including The Landmark (www.LandmarkLifestyle.com) an ultra-luxury condo community fronting onto The Westin Kierland Golf Course where we sold 98 condos at an average price just over $1,000,000.
